Where do orders ship from?

We ship from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. 

How long takes to process my order?

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing on all orders.

Most orders ship out of our warehouse within 48 business hours. 

What is the shipping time?

Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times.

Standard domestic shipping takes about 2-8 business days for package delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 in the CANADA & U.S.

How do I track my order?

Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way! After we pass your order to Canada Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track My Orderr’ button. This will take you directly to the live tracking updates!

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order may be on pre-order, as confirmed on the website at time of purchase. Be sure to check your original order confirmation, you won’t receive a shipping confirmation email until that pre-order date.

Product Questions
How do I take care of my product?

Given the quality of the materials used for your Enlumni Products, it is strongly recommended to wash it by hand with a mild soap. Never bleach or put your headband, satin scrunchies or Satin Bonnet in the dryer, dry flat in the shade, away from the sunlight which will damage the fibres over time. Be careful of rough surfaces, they pull the fibres that cannot be mended.

Payment
What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards. We also accept pre-paid credit cards so long as the card has a billing address attached to it.

For Canada and the US, we accept Visa Debit cards, and for the US only we accept Discover and JCB cards.

We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.

• We also offer the option for you to purchase using PayBright services in the form of ‘pay in 4 instalments’ which allows you to split the cost into 4 bi-weekly payments over a 6 week period with no interest.The availability of this option to you is subject to approval by PayBright.  Further information and the terms which apply can be found at https://paybright.com/en/ 

• We also offer the option for you to purchase using Afterpay which allows you to split the cost into 4 instalments with no interest.

The availability of this option to you is subject to approval by Afterpay.  Further information and the terms which apply can be found at their website.

Please note that this option is not available to residents of the Province of Quebec.

Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw or suspend these options with Paybright and Afterpay at any time at our sole discretion.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged when we ship your order. We will update you with a shipping confirmation email at that time. A pre-authorization is placed onto your credit card when you submit your order, but we don’t process the payment until the order has been shipped. Although the price payable by you for the products may appear as pending transactions against the payment method you use.

What if i’m ordering with a canadian credit card on the us/international website?

The charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from CAD to USD.

Additionally, your credit card company may charge you an international transaction fee for these orders. To find out more, it’s best to check with your credit card company prior to placing your order.

Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. You can PURCHASE A GIFT CARD online. They can be redeemed online and should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced. Gift cards and e-gift cards are final sale.
